The DBT series consists in a new generationof digital television transmitters with a very high degree ofintegration for MFN or SFN networks according to DVB-T standards.
Starting from the input transport stream, the exciter generates ahigh-quality OFDM RF signal.

DVB-T TRANSMITTER

The integrated SFN interface permitsoperations in precision offset conditions with frequency lock onto theGPS reference signal and compensation of the network delay.
All the transmitters have double ASI or LVDS inputs to allow maximumflexibility, also in hierarchical mode.

The generation and transmission of COFDM signals at 2 k or 8 k ispossible with QPSK, 16QAM or 64QAM modulation with payloads from 3.73to 31.67 Mbits/s.

The units in this series are also available in agile version, allowingthe transmission channel to be changed directly via software from thefront panel. Thanks to an internal 32-bit process, the innovativesoftware permits the elaboration of a zero error signal.

The ease of use, the sturdiness of the modular construction and thehigh performance capability of these digital transmitters open up newprospects for the realization of DVB-T networks in both SFN and MFNapplications.
