The television transmitters in this seriesare available in different versions for the VHF I, VHF III and UHFfrequency bands and in different configurations that permit theirinstallation and operation in
sites with different characteristics and environmental conditions.


SCT 512UB 5kW UHF TRANSMITTER
WITH PRECISION OFFSET OPTION
(SEPARATE AMPLIFICATION VERSION)

The exciters used, which are available inthe various television standards and with a broad range of options, maybe single or double with automatic switch-over.

The final amplifier consists of distinctamplifiers operating autonomously and combined in such a way as toguarantee full redundancy of the stages. Eachindividual amplifier is, in turn, internally redundant and poweredindependently in order to ensure high reliability and practicality inmaintenance operations.

Microprocessor circuits carry outcontinuous control checks and provide for the visualization of all theoperating parameters of the equipment on an LCD display as well astransmitting them to the rear-mounted connectors for remote interfacing.

By replacing the analogue exciter with anequivalent DBT series exciter, the same unit can be used for thetransmission of digital signals subject to only an extremely limitedde-rating thanks to the high degree of linearity and to the oversizingof the amplifiers.
The great efficiency of the power supply circuits guarantees low powerconsumption and a high degree of MTBF.
