The remote control and monitoring systempermits the real-time control and monitoring of any appliance of anymake, generator sets, batteries, station entrance doors, liquid levels,by one or more fixed or mobile central stations.
There is practically no limit to the sizeof the remote control network and it can be configured for the controlof a single appliance or of a telecommunications center, even to theextent of covering complete national networks. The units engage in dialogue and exchangedata in the isofrequency mode using dedicated frequencies fortele-alarms; the link-up can also be with dedicated lines, telephonelines, GSM systems, internet or satellite.
The system is fully modular and flexible and permits re-configurationof the entire network or of part of it by any of the units installed orby a mobile unit. Sophisticated software, with intuitivegraphic interfaces, makes it possible to measure the parameters of allthe installations in real time, to control them at a distance, todisplay the historical trend of the measurements and to individuallyset the thresholds beyond which video or telephonic alarm signals willcome into operation on approaching pre-set numbers.
Data acquisition is possible from any type of electronic equipment anda series of accessories allows the system to be used not only in thebroadcasting sector but also in the industrial, civil and militarysectors. All Screen Service Broadcasting Technologies products are directlyinterfaced to equipment of this series via an optoisolated RS 485 line. |
